BAM Home Solutions is working to make our website easier to use for people with disabilities. Our goal is to improve access in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Full site-wide conformance has not been established.

Completed accessibility widget testing
On September 26, 2026, BAM Home Solutions completed functional testing of the expanded accessibility widget on desktop and mobile. Checks covered display adjustments, reading tools, profiles, Undo/Redo, Reset, keyboard navigation and closing the panel. Mobile checks covered access to controls, 200% text and the layout around the call/estimate bar and estimate form. The tested features worked as expected.
Adjust your view
Select the floating Accessibility button near the bottom of any page. On small screens, the button shows a person-shaped accessibility icon.
- Increase text from 100% to 200%, choose a readable font, and adjust alignment, line height, word spacing and letter spacing.
- Choose dark, light or soft-cream contrast, adjust saturation and warm/cool color tones, or set custom text, heading and background colors.
- Highlight or outline headings and emphasize or highlight links.
- Choose a larger pointer, visually hide content photos, and reduce animation, including the rotating homepage graphic and changing service text.
- Use a reading guide or reading mask that follows pointer, touch or keyboard focus. The reading toolbar moves the guide or mask up/down and turns it off.
- Apply suggested profiles, save up to five personal setups in this browser, and undo or redo recent adjustment changes.
- Move the accessibility button left or right and choose its size.
Saved preferences and Reset
Your settings are saved in this browser when browser storage is available. They apply as you move between pages, but do not sync to other browsers or devices. If storage is unavailable, settings apply for the current visit.
Choose Reset all to return to the default adjustments. Your named profiles remain saved until you remove them. Undo and Redo apply to recent adjustment changes in the current visit. Your device's reduced-motion preference will still be respected. Browser zoom and your device's accessibility features remain available.
Keyboard and contact options
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through controls. Within a tab bar, use the Left/Right arrow keys and Enter or Space to choose a section. Escape or the Close button closes the preferences panel. You can also close it with Done.
The estimate form opens your email application with a draft; you must send that email yourself. Email and phone applications use their own accessibility settings. You may call or email BAM directly if the form is difficult to use.

Ongoing improvements
Contrast themes take priority over custom colors. Custom color choices and filters can change readability. The preferences panel is one part of our accessibility work. It does not guarantee that every page or third-party application works with every assistive technology. We review reported barriers and continue to improve the website.
